Cardio Barre is a high energy/no impact fitness class that combines barre work and light weights with continual fat burning motion. We’ll be lengthening and strengthening our muscles while getting our heart rates up, all with authentic ballet technique.
The Advanced class is very similar to the Beginner class – just faster, more reps, and less breaks. Just like Beginner, Advanced is high-cardio, no impact, and true to ballet technique. This is a high intensity, high energy, full body workout for the advanced level exerciser! Come ready to sweat and have fun!
Floor Barre Sculpt is a technique in ballet training that takes the basic ballet barre training from the standing position to the floor, taking the effort of standing out of the equation and takes the weight bearing pressure off the ankles, knees and hips. FBS enables you to efficiently and effectively strengthen joints and muscles, correct alignment, release tension, and prevent and rehabilitate injuries. Enjoy the health benefits of this gentle, yet highly effective technique.
BARRE BURN & SCULPT
A class designed to strengthen and sculpt your body with use of light weights and high repetitions. Barre exercises designed to target the lower body and core. A fun, low impact class for all!
BARRE LENGTH & STRENGTH
Sculpt your body while improving coordination, strength, flexibility and mobility with this full body barre workout mix. This class incorporates ballet, resistance training, yoga and pilates in order to align, strengthen and lengthen your muscles and balance your nervous system while promising to challenge you.
This class is designed to be accessible to all levels with an emphasis on core engagement and proper alignment. You will be lead through a 60 minute full-body Vinyasa flow focusing on breath and strength.
Yoga Sculpt combines CorePower Yoga with free weights to intensify poses and include movements like squats, lunges, and more. This class is no longer heated! Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a towel.
PiYo isn’t like standard Pilates and yoga classes that make you hold long, intense poses, or lead you through dozens of repetitive, microscopic core movements. PiYo speeds everything up—including your results—by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility. With every action-packed PiYo session, you can burn excess fat and sculpt and define your whole body, as you minimize the aches and pains that can come along with high-impact workouts. No matter your age, no matter your body type, PiYo will help give you dramatically visible, incredibly beautiful results.
