While you may reserve classes, there is no need to do so, and no penalties for cancellations or no-shows. Please bring a full-size towel or mat for floor work and water for hydration. Socks are not required, but you may wear them if you prefer.
About the Class…
Cardio Barre®’s revolutionary program is designed to burn calories like no other barre-based, yoga or Pilates class. Unlike Cross Fit, running and boot camps, our no-impact exercises lengthen, tone and strengthen your muscles as you’re burning fat and increasing your balance and coordination. Barre work, light weights and resistance exercises for torso, arms, butt and legs sculpt and elongate your body. Exercisers are losing up to 5% body fat in 8 weeks’ time. All levels of fitness are welcome and no previous dance experience is necessary. Have fun while getting in shape in our comfortable and spacious studio. Cardio Barre®: Cardio Barre® is a unique, high energy/no impact exercise class that combines barre work and lightweights with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body. Length: 60 Minutes
Floor Barre Sculpt: Floor Barre Sculpt is a technique in ballet training that takes the basic ballet barre training from the standing position to the floor, taking the effort of standing out of the equation and takes the weight bearing pressure off the ankles, knees and hips. Floor Barre Sculpt enables you to efficiently and effectively strengthen joints and muscles, correct alignment, release tension, and prevent and rehabilitate injuries. This technique facilitates the development of exquisite lines, smooth transition and fluidity of movement. Enjoy the health benefits of this gentle, yet highly effective technique. Length: 50 Minutes
Red Relevé: Abandon your inhibitions in Byron Quiros’ sexy signature workout. In this body-positive class, traditional ballet conditioning meets burlesque-based movement to build long and lean muscles and increase flexibility and range of movement. Set to a hot playlist that will keep the dance party going! Length: 60 Minutes
Rock Your Best: A beautiful mix of High Energy- low impact Fitness with the flavor of Afro Pop, Brazillian, Caribbean and contemporary movement.You’ll never stop moving, but you’ll never stop smiling, either. Blending years of professional experience teaching fitness with dance moves from all over the world. Rocky brings it, and all of us, together in a cauldron of beats, music and movement. You will leave this workout feeling confident…and, well….like a dancer. Beginners are welcome, and encouraged to attend. Length: 60 Minutes
Rock+Roll Release: Target your body’s myofascial network using ball-rolling techniques and yin yoga-inspired stretches. This class will focus on a specific myofascial line or major muscle group and its corresponding TCM meridian. Meditative, rolling movements and stretches held for several minutes allow fascia to melt and move; releasing pain, tightness and stagnant energy throughout the entire body. Length: 60 Minutes NO LATE ENTRY. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY.
