To lose weight, Giorla suggests a menu including an egg-white omelette with veggies, low-fat cheese and low-fat milk for breakfast; a protein shake for a morning snack, grilled chicken, dry baked potato and fresh veggies for lunch; fresh fruit or some nuts for an afternoon snack; and plain salmon, cooked spinach and whole-wheat pasta for dinner.
