Sheryl’s Buff Biceps
L.A.-BASED TRAINER RICHARD GIORLA, who does not train Sheryl Crow, says three things are key to bulking up biceps.
1. Forty-five minutes to an hour of daily cardio to burn fat.
2. A healthy, lean, balanced diet. “It’s so important for that cut look,” he says.
3. Weight training: “The heavier the weight, the stronger your arms will get.” says Giorla.
