STANDING AB CRUNCH
What it tones: your abs. How to do it: Stand facing counter and rest right hand on it. Bend left arm and raise fist above eye level. Tighten abs and lift left knee as you lower left elbow slightly as shown (keep back straight); lower leg. Do 50 times. Switch sides and repeat.
What it tones: your thighs and butt. How to do it: Stand several feet from counter, lean on it an cross arms. legs left foot and left a few feet off the floor as shown; lower. Do 25 times. Now lift leg as high as you can 25 times. Repeat with right leg.
What it tones: your chest, arms, shoulders, and upper back. How to do it: Place hands on counter more than shoulder-width apart, walk feet out three or four feet, and lift onto toes. Bend elbows and lower chest toward counter; press up. Do 25 times. Now place hands shoulder-width apart and do another 25 push-ups.
What it tones: your calves, thighs and butt. How to do it: Stand with counter to your right, feet more than shoulder-width apart and turned out. Place right hand on counter, slowly bend knees and squat as shown; rise up. Do 25 times. now squat, hold and lift onto toes 25 times.

WHAT TO DO: This routine three or four times a week For each exercise, keep your stomach in, chest lifted and spine straight..
