Cabin Fever’s” Cerena Vincent
At age 24, Cerena Vincent’s acting career is taking off, not only because she has the talent range to go from a comedic to a dramatic role, but because she’s got a rockin’ body…
Good thing this Las Vegas native loves to work out. In fact, the bodacious star of the scary new movie, “Cabin Fever,” says she has to work out or she gets cabin fever. At home in Studio City, you’ll find her doing “CARDIO BARRE®,” Pilates and power yoga. And on location, she claims to drive everyone crazy because she insists on squeezing some form of exercise into her 14-hour days, even if she has to take off jogging on the nearest highway.
What constitutes a week in the life of your training?
When I’m not on location, I get up around 7 a.m. and go to CARDIO BARRE® in Studio City owned by Richard Giorla. It’s a low-impact cardio workout based n ballet techniques, but also a total body workout that incorporates weights. It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done.
Do you have any problem areas on your body that you have to work extra hard to keep in shape? What do you do?
Oh yeah. I have the genes to have a bubble butt, so I work at it all the time. Pilates and CARDIO BARRE® are both good for that.
