Barre 35: A 35-minute version of the Cardio Barre class. Offering the highest level of cardio and intensity. When time is of the essence, this fun fast paced workout will give you a hardcore, full body intensive. Length: 35 Minutes
Sculpt: Sculpt is a ballet inspired class designed to tone, strengthen and elongate the muscles and define all areas of the body from head to toe. Length: 1 Hour
