Suzanne took ballet classes her entire childhood eventually moving to New York City to pursue her dream of becoming a professional dancer. Years later, in 2002, Richard Giorla’s first studio opened around the corner from her home. After trying her first Cardio Barre class she became an immediate devotee. Trying to enlist her sister wasn’t easy as Nancy's personal fitness methodology did not include organize, indoor exercise. Until Cardio Barre. Both sisters find this program to be the perfect blend of all aspects of fitness, including cardio, balance and strengthening exercises. It never gets old and even after years there is room for improvement. "It’s a blast and it still kicks our butt!" When Richard Giorla decided to franchise his business, they were ready and opened their studio doors in December 2008. They delight in watching their regular clientele become stronger, leaner and healthier resulting in enhanced self-esteem.
